Tour Media
Media coverage is a crucial component of the PowerNet Tour of Southland. Below is a list of this years media on Tour including links to coverage, articles and photographs. TelevisionCUE TV / Sky SportCUE TV's effervescent Jon Bridges will provide extensive film coverage of the PowerNet Tour. The coverage can be viewed daily during the Tour on SKY Digital channel 110 and FREEVIEW Channel 23. To download the viewing times of coverage on Sky Sport. TV ONETV ONE will have John McDermott covering the PowerNet Tour during the week. Highlights will be available on the TV ONE website throughout the week. http://tvnz.co.nz/sport-news TV3TV3 will have Dave Goosselink in the field to capture daily coverage of the PowerNet Tour. Coverage of the PowerNet Tour will play throughout the week and you can link to highlights.
RadioJulian Ineson will be in the field wiith More FM to provide extensive coverage throughout the day. Coverage will begin on the morning show with Getchen and James who will review the previous days coverage and discuss the days racing with Julian Ineson at 7.15 each morning. Julian will produce stage by stage reports throughout each day of the Tour. A preview of the days racing will air at 5.30pm with Julian each night and Millsy will be live with his show at Gala Street on Monday 3rd November between 9am - 12am providing coverage of Stage One - the individual time trial event. Radio Sport's reporter Craig Adair will produce updates, on the hour, and every 1/2 hour, during each day of the Tour. NewsTalk ZB's Malcolm Gayfer will also provide hour updates during news.
